Navigating in OneDrive - Learning

Microsoft OneDrive is the hub for all your personal documents. When opened, you’ll start in the ‘my files’ section. On the lefthand sidebar, you’ll see recent, shared, and deleted. Shared will include files shared with you and files shared by you. The deleted section holds what’s in the recycle bin, which can be emptied. Further down you’ll see shared libraries (or quick access), which are the folders from the teams you’re a part of in Microsoft Teams or SharePoint. Remember, OneDrive also has a mobile app version, so when you’re on the go, you can always find what you need.
