A professional email signature saves you and the receiver time! They can easily see your contact info and other useful links you might want to share with people you are sending emails to. In this e-learning you will find the instructions for Outlook Online on how to create an email signature.

Create an email signature in Outlook

Have you been asked to do a task via an email? You can save that email directly as a task. By flagging the email, it will be placed in the To Do sidebar. The sidebar holds a place for the flagged emails and from there, you can right click to add more features and options to the task. When the task is done, you can click the circle or de-flag the email to mark it as finished. Want to use the To Do app for these tasks and features? Sure! In To Do you’ll see a flagged emails section where you can open the original email in Outlook to have access to that as well. Plan tasks from email to your personal schedule and lists, simple and easy.
