Your first month with Adoption 2.0
Before your first month begins, you start with our (free) AdoptionCheck. During this step, we assess the current situation in your organization, identify the biggest challenges, and determine how we can best support your organization. After that, we get to work with WorkplaceBuddy: we install the WorkplaceBuddy app in your environment and immediately perform a technical test, which takes hardly any time.
Preparing and sending the first Wave
The first impression makes all the difference! Thanks to the AdoptionCheck, we quickly gain insight into your challenges. Together, we determine which challenges have the highest priority and urgency, so we can immediately address the most critical issues within your organization. Together with you, we set up the first wave. We select the initial group of participants who will benefit the most from this first wave. Then we gather or create the content for the wave, double-check it to ensure everything is perfect, and finally, it’s time to send the first wave.
Checking insights and rolling out more broadly
Together, we keep a close eye on things: we monitor how your colleagues respond and what progress they’re making. Where necessary, we fine-tune the wave to better align with your colleagues' needs or to support specific target groups within your organization more effectively. Then the wave can be sent to all your other colleagues, and we look ahead to the next wave.
