Organizations can use the intelligent Teams app "WorkplaceBuddy" to reach employees at scale and achieve digital results faster. With WorkplaceBuddy, you can set up target groups within your organization and send them tailored video nudges to encourage employees to take action and get the most out of their digital workplace – and keep up with changes.

Our team consists of young, passionate individuals. We work with bi-weekly sprints and quarterly goals. Enjoyment in our work is essential, and our sprint and quarter-end celebrations are always quite legendary.

Video Presenter

🎥 We’re looking for an English-speaking presenter for learning videos!

Hey there! 👋

Are you a confident speaker who feels at ease both on camera and behind the mic? Then keep reading – we’d love to work with you!

We’re WorkplaceBuddy – a fast-growing digital learning company based in the Netherlands. We help people master Microsoft 365 through short, to-the-point learning videos. Now, we’re looking for a fluent English speaker to help us present these videos on camera and bring them to life.

🎯 What you'll do

  • Be the on-screen presenter for our short Microsoft 365 video lessons
  • Help out with voice-overs for videos
  • Deliver clear, friendly explanations while staying natural on camera
  • Help us keep a consistent, human (and fun) tone across all our learning materials
  • Work closely with our content and video team
  • (Optional) Give feedback on scripts and suggest improvements

✅ You are

  • A fluent English speaker with a clear, engaging delivery (familiarity with a US accent is a plus, not a must!)
  • Confident, energetic, and natural on camera
  • Comfortable reading from a teleprompter or script
  • Based in the Netherlands (or able to travel to Amsterdam for shoots)
  • Bonus: you have experience in presenting, acting, training, or e-learning

📍 Practical info

  • Freelance/part-time (project-based) with flexible planning
  • Around 10–20 short videos (1–3 mins each) to start
  • Filming takes place at our Amsterdam office (or on location)
  • Availability from July till September
  • You’ll be guided by our content and production team
